| TRA-BOND 826D01 is a one part, high temperature conductive adhesive designed for die and heat sink attach in the automotive, aerospace, computer and optoelectronic assembly market. TRA-BOND 826D01 when fully cured exhibits superior adhesion to ceramics, glass, most metals, many plastics and other electronic materials. TRA-BOND 826D01 develops strong, durable electrically insulating/thermal conducting bonds with good impact properties, which are also resistant to galvanic action, weathering, water, salts, mild alkalis and acids, many petroleum products, and many other organic and inorganic compounds.
