Daikin DAI-EL® G-101 Fluoroelastomer Plasticizer with DAI-EL® G-704 Fluoroelastomer
Categories: Polymer; Thermoset; Fluoropolymer, TS; Thermoset Fluoroelastomer; Rubber or Thermoset Elastomer (TSE)

Material Notes: DAI-EL® G-101 is an ultra low molecular weight fluoroelastomer. At room temperature it is an opaque paste. At temperatures above 70°C (158 °F) it becomes a transparent, viscous fluid. DAI-EL® G-101 is not crosslinkable but is used as a plasticizer in other fluoroelastomers.

Typical Applications: Additive for other DAI-EL® fluoroelastomers. Mechanical property data shows effect of G-101 plasticizer on DAI-EL® G-704 Fluoroelastomer.
