| Characterization: Dureflex U073 is a polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane film exhibiting high crystallinity. Properties / Applications: Dureflex U073 facilitates bonding to substrates with water-based adhesives much more readily than conventional thermoplastic films. Dureflex U073 has no internal lubrication that can interfere with proper wetting of the film surface to develop a strong adhesive bond. It is manufactured using co-extrusion blown film process technology on a polyethylene carrier film. This film passes Federal Motor Vehicle Standard No. 302 flame testing for automotive interior applications. As with any product, use of Dureflex U073 in a given application must be tested (including but not limited to field testing) in advance by the user to determine suitability.
