Material Notes: Baytec MP-120 is a diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI)-terminated polyether prepolymer based on polypropylene ether glycol (PPG).

Properties / Applications: Baytec MP-120 is a diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI)-terminated polyether prepolymer based on polypropylene ether glycol (PPG). It forms clear, moisture-cured films and is used in the formulation of one-component moisture-cured binders and two-component sealants and cast elastomers. Typical applications include rubber crumb binders, flexible caulks, and sealants. As with any product, use of Baytec MP-120 prepolymer in a given application must be tested (including field testing, etc.) in advance by the user to determine suitability.
