Material Notes: Notes: The Specialty Compounding Division offers a proprietary line of mineral filled polyolefins, including talc and calcium carbonate filled polypropylenes. Typical applications include injection molded siding panels, pool products, transportation parts, various home products as well as other applications requiring higher rigidity, lower shrinkage and lower coefficient of linear thermal expansion than natural polyolefins. These compounds can be tailored to specific needs and are available pre-colored or natural.
