Lord Adhesives Metech 7600A Cermet Multilayer Dielectric Composition
Categories: Ceramic; Glass; Glass Ceramic

Material Notes: Dielectric composition 7600A is a glass-ceramic insulative film designed for use in high density multilayer hybrid circuits using either gold or palladium-silver conductors. 7600A fires at 850°C to a smooth, dense, blue colored film that matches the thermal coefficient of expansion of alumina. Top gold conductor layers of Metech 3610 and 3612 exhibit excellent wire bonding using both aluminum and gold wire respectively. Top conductor layers of 3615 platinum-gold and 3504 palladium-silver display excellent solderability and aged adhesion.
