Borealis BorSafe™ HE3470-LS Black HDPE Compound for Pressure Pipes

Material Notes: HE3470-LS is a black, high density polyethylene compound classified as an MRS 8.0 material (PE80) produced by the advanced Borstar technology. Well dispersed carbon black gives outstanding UV resistance. Long term stability is ensured by an optimized stabilization system.

HE3470-LS is recommended for pressure piping system systems in the application field of drinking water, natural gas, pressure sewage, relining, sea outfall and industrial. The combination of high mechanical strength and excellent long term performance together with improved sagging performance makes it the ideal pressure pipe material.

Former trade name for this product was Borstar®.
