Covestro DESMOPHEN® VP LS 2089 Polyurethane

Material Notes:	Characterization: Desmophen VP LS 2089 is a hydroxyl-bearing polyester. It is used in combination with Desmodur® N 75, N 3390 and N 3600 to formulate two component polyurethane coatings with good light stability, chalking resistance and gloss retention. Properties / Applications: Desmophen VP LS 2089 can be used in aircraft and railway rolling stock coatings. When it is used in combination with Desmodur N 75, N 3390A BA/SN and N 3600, it provides very good weathering properties and gloss retention. Due to its high crosslinking ratio, it provides good solvent and chemical resistant. As with any product, use of Desmophen VP LS 2089 in a given application must be tested (including but not limited to field testing) in advance by the user to determine suitability.
