RESPOL EBANTIX® E20020 EBA

Material Notes: Product Description: EBA REPSOL EBANTIX® E20020 offers excellent flexibility and is suitable for injection molding. The butyl acrylate content is 20%. It contains antioxidant additives.
Applications: Injection molding; Blends: microcrystalline and paraffin waxes; Modification of asphalts
Recommended melt temperature 180°C. EBA copolymers exhibit excellent thermal stability, which allows higher processing temperatures if needed. Processing characteristics of E20020 are similar to LDPE and conventional polyethylene extruders are recommended. Processing conditions should be optimized for each production line.
