Material Notes: VALOX 855 is a 15% glass filled, flame retardant Polybutylene Terephthalate/Polyethylene Terephthalate (PBT/PET) injection moldable grade. It has excellent chemical resistance and a UL94V0@1.5mm flame rating. With its improved aesthetics compared to standard PBT, it is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications including steam irons, appliance components, and lighting parts.
