Material Notes: LORD CoolTherm™ MT-220C thermally conductive adhesive is a fast cure, one-component, silicone hybrid adhesive used for bonding silicone to silicone and metal to metal, as well as ceramic, plastic or metal lids to a heat sink. The cured adhesive offers superior adhesion strength, extremely high thermal conductivity and excellent temperature cycle performance, making it ideally suited for demanding applications such as automotive under-the-hood devices.

Features: rapidly cures at 125°C and 150°C. exhibits low shrinkage and stress on components as it cures. provides excellent adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces including silicon, ceramic, plastic and metal. provides high thermal conductivity for applications where superior heat dissipation is required. can be used on parts and devices that experience operating temperatures from -40°C to +175°C.
