Stellarchem SV-B40D TPV Compound
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Elastomer, TPE; Thermoplastic Vulcanizate Elastomer (TPV)

Material Notes: This grade of Stellarchem SV series is a dynamic crosslinked, EPDM/PP compound. It's design to replace thermoset elastomers, such as EPDM, and traditional Thermoplastic TPVs. It can be process on conventional thermoplastics equipment for extrusion or blow molding, provides the performance of vulcanized rubber with the advantage of low cost thermoplastic processing. It's a soft, EPDM/PP based, completely recyclable & colorable elastomer material. It's formulated to overmold to PP thermoplastics in normal dual injection & extrusion processing.
