Material Notes: HDPE 4206 B is a high performance black compound primarily intended for steel pipe coating applications.

Key characteristics are

  • Superior mechanical properties under stress cracking as well as under impact conditions, ensuring long term integrity of the network
  • An optimized additives formulation and finely dispersed carbon black providing outstanding long-term stability in service
  • Excellent and durable adhesion properties, particularly in combination with the Trisys® 90 adhesive system
  • HDPE 4206 B meets the major requirements in external 3 layer PE coatings: DIN 30 670, NF A 49 710, CAN / CSA-Z245.21, GOST R51164.
