Petroquimica Triunfo Trithene® CX 8087 MDPE - Cast Film  (discontinued **)
Categories: Polymer; Film; Thermoplastic; Polyethylene (PE); Medium Density (MDPE)

Material Notes: The Trithene CX 8087 resin is a medium density polyethylene (MDPE) with medium molecular weight that presents excellent balance between mechanical properties, processability and stiffness, allowing the production of cast or tubular films with reduced and uniform thickness. As this resin presents high stiffness, allows the production of films with high modulus of elasticity and tear resistance. The material is compatible with "hot melt" adhesion system. This product complies with ASTM standard D1248-IIA3.

Applications: Smooth or embossed films for diapers, sanitary napkins, disposable sheets, etc.

Resin Properties: Compressed molded plate. Method ASTM D-1928, procedure C. Film obtained on a 50mm blow film line with barrier screw, 25:1 L/D, 1.0mm die gap, 50µm gauge, 2.3:1 BUR.
