Braskem Evateno® HM 728 EVA Hot Melt Copolymer  (discontinued **)
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Ethylene Vinyl Acetate; Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer (EVA), Adhesive/Sealant Grade

Material Notes: Evateno® HM 728 is a copolymer of Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) with high vinyl-acetate content, medium molecular weight, and good compatibility with other thermoplastic and elastomeric resins. Evateno® HM 728 offers good compatibility with other olefin resins, and it can be used in blends with other polyethylenes to improve environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR), impact resistance, and brittleness at low temperatures. It contains antioxidant additives. Its applications include: hot-melt adhesives, coating, expanded parts, and injection molded and extrusion molded parts where flexibility, resilience, and environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR) are required. Hot-melt adhesives formulation presents excellent compatibility with wax, paraffins, and tackifiers, improving the flexibility and adherence.
