Domo TechnylStar™ AFX 218 V60 PA6, 60% glass filled
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Nylon (Polyamide PA); Nylon 6 (PA6); Nylon 6, 60% Glass Fiber Filled

Material Notes: TECHNYLSTAR™ AFX 218 V60 is based on a patented high flow polyamide 66 resin, heat stabilized, reinforced with 60% of glass fiber, for injection molding.

Benefits: Due to its outstanding flow characteristics, the product shows exceptional processing behavior and excellent surface aspect of the finished part.

Available in: Europe, Latin America and North America

Regulations compliance: Grades produced or imported in Europe comply with directive 453/2010/EC, which amends REACH directive 1907/2006/EC. This grade complies with RoHS directive 2002/95/EC. Unless specified, this grade is not suitable for food contact, medical devices or toy applications.

Applications: The product is particularly suitable for all applications where a high rigidity is required: typically structural parts or brackets for the automotive industry. Its high mechanical performance allows that product to be a alternative to metal parts.

Product data for dry samples.

DOMO Chemicals has acquired Solvay’s Performance Polyamides Business in Europe.
