Material Notes: Description: Premi-Glas® 2205-30 CR-SX is a fiberglass reinforced thermoset Sheet Molding Compound formulated for excellent electrical properties and fire retardance; it also has very good thermal and dimensional stability, and corrosion resistance.

Key features and benefits:

  • Underwriters Laboratories 945VA flame resistance at 2.5 mm minimum wall thickness
  • Subjected to UL746C testing for consideration in exterior applications involving ultraviolet light and water immersion or humidity exposure
  • Formulated for moderate shrinkage to permit good dimensional stability while releasing from deep-draw moldings
  • Refer to UL file E42524
