Lehmann & Voss LUVOCOM® 1-1120-M Polyamide 66 with PTFE, lubricant modified, high viscosity
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Nylon (Polyamide PA); Nylon 66 (PA66); Nylon 66, PTFE Filled

Material Notes: Properties/attributes include: Improved friction and wear behavior. Emergency (dry) running property. Isotropic shrinkage characteristics.

Automotive industry, textile- and office machinery, apparatus- and precision engineering. Typical uses include: Bearings, sleeves, sliding elements, control disks, gear wheels, duty parts in switches.

Processing: During processing the moisture level should not exceed 0.1%, otherwise molecular degradation and surface defects (e.g. smearing) may occur. Excessively high predrying temperatures may cause discoloration. The processing notes provided merely represent a recommendation for general use. Due to the large variety of machines, geometries and volumes of parts, etc., it may be necessary to employ different settings according to the specific application.
