Ensinger PEI

Angst+Pfister APSOplast® PTFE 225 PTFE + 25% carbon powder
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Fluoropolymer; Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE); Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), Carbon Fiber Filled

Material Notes: The carbon filler confers PTFE extremely good sliding behavior in both lubricated and non-lubricated applications as well as increased compressive strength and wear resistance. It is also thermally and electrically conductive. Chemical resistance is only negligibly restricted. However, the small amount of black carbon abrasion should be noted. This material is the standard type for parts with sliding functions.
