Ensinger PEI

Röchling Glastic 1125 Corrosion-Resistant Panels
Categories: Polymer; Thermoset; Composite SMC; Filled/Reinforced Thermoset; Polyester, TS

Material Notes: Glastic® Corrosion-Resistant Panels are ideal for applications where resistance to both flame, and the splash or spill of laboratory chemicals is important. Glastic® Grade 1125 is asbestos-free, fiberglass-reinforced polyester resin sheet that offers low smoke generation when exposed to flame. This material has very low water absorption characteristics, along with excellent splash and spill resistance to acids, weak bases and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Grade 1125 is UL classified, has high strength, and has a bright white finish(no painting necessary). Some applications include fume hood liners, chemical storage cabinets and wall surfaces.
