Master Bond Mastersil 705TC One Component, Thermally Conductive Silicone
Categories: Polymer; Adhesive; Thermoset; Rubber or Thermoset Elastomer (TSE); Silicone; Silicone Elastomer, for Thermal Management

Material Notes: Master Bond MasterSil 705TC is a one component, thermally conductive, electrically isolating, high performance silicone for bonding, sealing and coating applications. The material is an off-white colored paste. It cures at ambient temperatures when exposed to atmospheric moisture and is a noncorrosive type silicone. Its most prominent features are excellent thermal conductivity and retention of electrical insulation properties. It has a wide service temperature range of -60°F to +400°F. Its paste-like viscosity is ideal for bonding applications and it adheres well to metals, composites and many plastics.

Vendors: Master Bond is a leading manufacturer of adhesives, sealants, coatings and potting compounds. Master Bond’s vast product line consists of over 3,000 epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, cyanoacrylate and latex adhesives that vary in viscosity, cure speed, strength, chemical resistance, electrical properties, etc. Our custom adhesives offer design flexibility and provide excellent bonding performance.
