Material Notes: ME2592 is a natural, high molecular weight, medium density polyethylene for crosslinkable pipes with excellent flexibility. The compound is especially designed for electron beam irradiation crosslinking. The stabilization package is optimized for good processability, easy crosslinking as well as service at high temperatures.

Crosslinkable pipes based on ME2592 are recommended for floor heating, radiator connections and for domestic hot and cold water supply. Pipes made from ME2592 meet drinking water requirements and DIN 16 894 (MD-PEX pipes)

Former trade name for this product was BorPEX™.
