Material Notes: DOWLEX® IP-40 resin is an improved processing high density resin designed to offer excellent processability and impact resistance required for food container applications. This resin is designed by optimizing the breadth and shape of the molecular weight distribution and peak molecular weight. It has demonstrated excellent impact and processability over a wide range of molding conditions. This material complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.2 (a) for food contact applications.
