Morgan Advanced Ceramics TV 90 Thermal Ceramic

Material Notes: Bauxite. Heat set bond. TV90 is a new concept in ladle refractory technology for handling molten iron and non-ferrous metals. It is designed to be installed by dry vibration or ramming around a removable or burn-out form. Preheating at 450°C causes the refractory to harden so that it will hold its shape without support. The ladle may then be heated to maximum temperature and put directly into service in a short period of time. TV90 is also suitable as a safety or intermediate lining in steel ladles. Applications: A dry vibratory ramming grade suitable for safety lining in ladles.
