Material Notes:	ChemRex PRO 200 Construction Adhesive is a synthetic rubber-resin which bonds to concrete, masonry, wood, metal, gypsum board, asbestos cement board, and composition board. It can be applied with a caulking gun or power pump. Typical applications include bonding rigid foam insulation (including polystyrene and urethane), installing gypsum wallboard to studs, and bonding paneling to furring strips. Open time is 20 minutes ± 5 minutes depending on temperature and humidity. The percent solids is 80% ± 2% given the ASTM D 1259 test method. The lap shear is 225 psi on wet lumber, 250 psi on dry lumber, 140 psi on plywood concrete, 160 psi on plywood/drywall, and 100 psi on plywood/aluminum. Each lap shear value is based on the ASTM D 3930 test method. Information provided by ChemRex, Inc. Product of former ChemRex, Inc.
