CRP Windform
CRP Technology Windform® P1 Polyamide for High Speed Sintering (HSS)
Categories: Polymer; 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing Polymer; Thermoplastic; Nylon (Polyamide PA)

Material Notes: CRP Technology Windform® P1 polyamide is an isotropic material for HSS. The High Speed Sintering (HSS) process enables production of small 3D printed functional and design parts with quality and properties are similar to injection molding.

Windform® P1 is a PA material with superior mechanical properties, isotropic, from the Windform® P-LINE family of materials for high speed production-grade 3D printing

Windform® P1 is an isotropic material (X, Y, Z axis) with high flexibility; insulation (CTI rating of 600); full density; high recyclability.

It has been engineered for a faster production of small end-use parts in higher volumes at lower cost, with detailed surface resolution. The quality and properties are similar to injection molding.

Applications: Windform® P1 offers potential for applications in the automotive (interior design, ventilation flaps, steering wheel paddle shifters), electrical (connectors, enclosures, housing for electronics), consumer and household goods (packaging and design), industrial products (interior fittings, furniture parts, mock-up), and medical (orthesis, soles) industries.
