Material Notes: STRUKTOL® V-PEAS VG is a very effective lubricant with externally lubricating properties which has no negative impact on clarity in extrusion, calendaring, or injection molding. STRUKTOL® V-PEAS VG is noted to have ideal characteristics for calendared sheet where clarity is critical and where lower cost in performance is needed to replace montanic esters.

Applications: STRUKTOL® V-PEAS VG (Vegetable Grade) is a very compatible complex ester lubricant manufactured from vegetable source fatty acids and is especially suited for calendared PVC sheet. It also has application in extrusion, blow molding and injection molding formulations.
