Material Notes:	Description: Adhesive tape. Ideally suited for tool surface release applications. Features & Benefits: TOOLCOAT 805 is a Tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) impregnated fiberglass pressure sensitive tape, with a fully cured silicone adhesive (Toolcoat 805S), or acrylic adhesive (Toolcoat 805A). Adheres to tool surface to provide multiple releases on all types of tooling surfaces Also eliminates the need for liquid or paste release coating on tool surfaces that many be potential contamination problems, and is especially useful on composite tools and press platens. TOOLCOAT 805 gives optimum release, low friction, electrical insulation, dimensional stability and temperature resistance Other applications are flash control, heat-sealing machines, covering of coating and drying rolls, chute lining, linings for guide rails, and any other non-stick, low friction applications.
