DuPont Elvaloy® 3107 AC Ethylene and 7% Butyl Acrylate Copolymer  (discontinued **)
Categories: Polymer; Film; Thermoplastic; Ethylene Butyl Acrylate

Material Notes: Elvaloy® 3107 AC contains antioxidant, slip and antiblock additives.

Elvaloy® 3107 AC is developed to give films with good sealing properties, impact strength at lower temperature, and low shrinkage temperature. Elvaloy® 3107 AC is recommended for packaging of deep frozen food, where important properties include heat sealing of the film on high-speed packaging lines.

Processing characteristics of Elvaloy® 3107 AC are similar to LDPE and conventional polyethylene extruders are recommended.

Information provided by DuPont.

This product line/trade name was acquired by Dow, but this specific grade was discontinued prior to the acquisition.
