Material Notes: Twaron® para-aramid has excellent mechanical properties, chemical resistance, durability, and thermal stability. The characteristics of Twaron® are the result of a 100% paracrystalline structure with molecular chains preferentially oriented along the yarn filament axis.

Twaron® filament yarn uses include optical fiber cables, hoses, tires, rubber products, ballistic protection, protective clothing, ropes and cables, composites and belts. Twaron® filament yarn is available in yellow (and dyed black in certain yarn types).
