Material Notes: Characteristics:
  • Excellent rubber elasticity and excellent cold resistance
  • Provides anti-slippery products.
  • Natural colors for coloring similar to that of general-use plastics.
  • Reusable scrap such as runners.
  • Provides products 30% lighter than cross-linked rubber.
  • Excellent molten flow characteristics (moldability).
  • Better hygiene than other series (15th edition of Japanese Pharmacopoeia: complied with Food Sanitation Act No. 201).
  • Excellent heat resistance.
  • Excellent resistance against alkali inorganic chemicals.
  • Products having less odor than cross-linked rubber or olefin elastomers.
  • This is suitable for silicone rubber.
Examples of Use: Teethers, ice trays, food tubes, tubes and sheets for medical use, rubber plugs for containers, ear plugs, food container packing, dust-proof masks, milk bottle nipples, various plugs for medical use, and others.
