| Michem® Coat water-based coatings are selected primarily for grease and oil resistance. Other benefits include water resistance, release, coldset gluability, hot melt gluability, recyclability, and compliance with specific food contact regulations. Michem® Coat 218CI4 AFN is flexo printable and can be applied at either the wet end or the dry end of the corrugator. Usage: Michem® Coat 218CI4 AFN is a contact type corrosion inhibitor. It is used to protect electrical components, metal parts, and sensitive papers. It must come in direct contact with the corrodible surface in order to protect it. It is gluable with many water based and hot melt adhesives. Applications (properties imparted): Industrial (corrosion resistance).
