Go Yen Chemical GY-VS High Effective Viscosity Stabilizer
Categories: Other Engineering Material; Additive/Filler for Polymer

Material Notes: GY-VS can stabilize the structure of product and then reduce the system viscosity. GY-VS can prevent viscosity change which will affect the application;besides, GY-VS can keep the viscosity and stability of product. GY-VS can be applied on various thermosetting resin, color paste, paint, several resin and adhesive industries. GY-VS owns versatile applications which can modify viscosity and stabilize products. GY-VS can solve unusual viscosity problems and unstable questions.

Advantages:

  • Keep normal viscosity & stability
  • Viscosity stabilizer for resin and polymer reaction & manufacturing process.
  • Can be applied on versatile color paste, color master batch and pigment compounding process, which can stabilize the viscosity.
  • Prevent products enhance viscosity caused by adding filler, pigment, titanium dioxide or calcium carbonate.
  • Prevent unusual fluidity problems caused by ATH.MG or fiber glass
  • Improve the lower fluidity caused by added filler, pigment, glass fiber and inorganic powder.
  • Suppress dramatic viscosity changing caused by external force
  • As stored stabilizer for polylol
  • As viscosity modifier for various resin and coating
Applications:
  • Versatile thermosetting products
  • EPOXY
  • Melamine, urea, phenolic resin
  • Color paste, color master batch, color paste, pigment
  • As stabilizer for PU resin and polyol
  • Unsaturated resin?polyester resin
  • Viscosity stabilizer for FRP?SMC?BMC
  • Stabilizer for coat, paint and ink.
  • Polyolefin
  • As stored viscosity stabilizer for adhesive agent.
  • As viscosity modifier for various resin which added flame retardant
