Material Notes: Product Description: Formolene® 3455E is a high melt flow random copolymer with fast cycle time and easy mold release. It is designed for injection molding including thin wall applications requiring a higher level of impact resistance. Its clarity and low yellow index makes it an excellent choice for ‘see-through’ house wares and rigid packaging. Formolene® 3455E meets the requirements of the US FDA as specified in 21 CFR 177.1520 covering safe use of polyolefin articles and components of articles intended for direct food contact.
