They are non-abrading to electronic components, lubricious, non-toxic, and retain their dielectric properties at elevated temperatures. Applications include: use in potting compounds, encapsulants, epoxies, silicone oils and resins, and thermoplastics; use as a processing aid; use as a nucleating and foaming agent.
