Material Notes: Daplen™ EJ107AEB is a 20% mineral filled polypropylene compound intended for injection molding.

Applications: Daplen EJ107AEB has been developed especially for the car industry to be used in automotive exterior parts.

Special Features:
  • Excellent flowability
  • Very low shrinkage
  • UV resistance
  • Very low impact resistance
Values determined on standard injection molded specimens conditioned at 23°C and 50% relative humidity after at least 96 hours storage time. To avoid residual humidity from transport or storage, the material should be pre-dried approximately 2h at 95° - 105°C.
