Westlake ELEVATE® EB508 Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer

Material Notes: ELEVATE® EB508 is an 18% vinyl acetate copolymer designed for films that require excellent toughness and good heat sealing characteristics. This resin has high melt strength for improved bubble stability during processing and yields highly flexible films with excellent low temperature performance.

Test specimens for blown film: nominal thickness 2.0 mils; blow up ratio 2.5:1, die gap 35 mils at 50% relative humidity and 23°C.
