Material Notes: PET-A is a transparent polyester material with a high translucency and surface gloss. It is particularly characterized by high dielectric strength and break resistance along with excellent cold-bending properties. PET-A has a good UV- and chemical resistance and is suitable for use in the food industry. PET-A is flame-retardant as per Fire Class B1 in accordance with DIN 4102 and is tested for rail vehicles in accordance with DIN 5510 (S4, SR2, and ST2).
