Material Notes: DOWLEX® IP-50 resin is an improved processing high density polyethylene resin with controlled molecular weight distribution designed for thin wall food containers. This resin is recommended for flow length/ container wall thickness ratios up to 270, and it exhibits easy processing while maintaining excellent impact properties. This material complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.1 for food contact applications. The regulation should be consulted for complete details.
