Material Notes: AboCoat 8508-1 is a heavy-duty epoxy paint. It excels as a protective and decorative coating for concrete, metal, wood, and composite surfaces, indoors and outdoors. It is applied to floors, walls, machinery, and installations in industrial, marine, and architectural environments. It is an excellent base coat for polyurethane and other coatings. Features: 2-component (1:1 ratio), solvent-based, superior adhesion, high-gloss, requires no primer, and available in standard and custom colors. Benefits: Corrosion inhibitor, even on rusty surfaces; Excellent for wear resistance in heavy-traffic areas and severe weather environments; Protects against water, weathering, fuels, and chemicals; Superior salt spray resistance; Can be applied to damp surfaces with excellent adhesion and film integrity; Can be used with sand and grit to make an anti-skid surface; Can be used for color-coding.
