Material Notes: Pb free solder can be used as a replacement for 63Sn 37Pb, 62Sn 36Pb 2Ag and 60Sn 40Pb in that it has similar physical and mechanical properties. Not for use over 100°C due to 118°C Sn/In eutectic.
