LANXESS was spun-off from Bayer in early 2005. Business renamed Ineos ABS after INEOS acquires a majority shareholding under a JV with Lanxess in 2007. Subsequently Ineos acquired 100% of Ineos ABS. This product is no longer listed as a standard NAFTA product.
