Braskem FP33 LLDPE Blown Film Extrusion Polyethylene Copolymer  (discontinued **)
Categories: Polymer; Film; Thermoplastic; Polyethylene (PE); Linear Low Density (LLDPE); Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), Film Grade; LLDPE/Butene, Film

Material Notes: The FP33 resin is a linear low-density polyethylene, copolymer of butene-1, produced by the solution process for film extrusion with good mechanical properties. It contains processing aid, slip, and antiblock additives. Its applications include thin films and automatic packaging which require higher stiffness: textile products, toilet paper, and others. Recommended film thickness: 0.025 to 0.100mm. The FP33 resin should be processed on specific extruders for LMDPE. The best results can be obtained with a temperature profile between 150 to 190º and blends with LDPE or MDPE using a ratio between 20% to 50%, allowing expressive improvement on optical properties.
