Material Notes: IJ33D is a linear low-density polyethylene, narrow molecular weight butene-1 copolymer produced by the solution process for injection molding applications. It offers high fluidity, excellent flexibility, and low warpage. It contains skid additives. It is specially developed for lids fast-cycle molding injection, natural color and dyed for food. It is also used for oil and vinegar lids. IJ33D was developed to be injected in similar conditions to low-density polyethylene of similar fluidity. Recommended temperature profile: 150º to 210 ºC.
