Northstar Polymers MSB-D60A High Performance Polyurethane Cast Elastomer System

Material Notes: This is an Ester/MDI base high-performance polyurethane casting system. This systems is recommended to applications in which the part requires some lord bearing, high tensile strength, cut/tear resistance, dry-abrasion resistance, and low energy rebound/response. Ester base systems are generally less expensive than PTMEG base material. Possible applications for this material include buckets/flights for conveyers, abrasion resistance liners and parts, and other specialty parts. This is a conventional “full-prepolymer” type material cured with 1,4 BDO. Can be approved for FDA dry food contact.
