Northstar Polymers MSB-A95A High Performance Polyurethane Cast Elastomer System
Categories: Polymer; Thermoset; Polyurethane, TS; Thermoset Polyurethane, Liquid

Material Notes: This is a Ester/MDI base high-performance polyurethane casting system. This systems is recommended to applications in which the part requires high tensile strength, cut/tear resistance, dry-abrasion resistance, slow response speed, and low energy rebound/response. Ester base systems are generally less expensive than PTMEG base material. Possible applications for this material include skirting for conveyer belts, abrasion resistance liners and parts, and other specialty parts. This is a conventional “full-prepolymer” type material cured with 1,4 BDO. Can be approved for FDA dry food contact.
