Zell-Metall Engineering Plastics Zellamid 1200 G  (discontinued **)
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Nylon (Polyamide PA); Nylon 12 (PA12); Nylon 12, Cast

Material Notes: Zellamid® 1200 G is manufactured by an activated anionic reaction. Finished and semi-finished parts are produced by a static cast process. This process makes it possible to produce a material with high molecular weight, high crystallinity and very low inner stress level. Zellamid® 1200 G is showing significant low moisture absorption, superior dimensional stability combined with high impact strength even at low temperatures and an excellent chemical resistance.

Zellamid® 1200 G is the ideal longterm solution for bushes, bearings, rollers and gear wheels subjected to high load and wear demanding for dimensional stability particularly when exposed to high humidity and water.
