Material Notes:	Mayco Base RP-8765 is a corrosion inhibitor formulated for use in synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking coolants. It can be utilized in both oil-absorbing and oil-rejecting synthetic fluid types. It is completely water soluble in all proportions, yielding very light-colored transparent solution. As opposed to other corrosion inhibitors, Mayco Base RP-8765 also brings a slight amount of lubricity to the formulated product. Mayco Base RP-8765 can be formulated into: Synthetic rust preventatives for in-process protection. Rust inhibitors for coolant tank-side additions. Inhibition packages for synthetic and semi-synthetic fluids Used at 12% concentration in the following grinding coolant, Mayco Base RP-8765 exhibits complete rust protection to a 33:1 dilution in 100ppm water.
