Danquinsa DANTHANE® 126KB-Powder TPU
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyurethane, TP; Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPUR), Polyester Grade

Material Notes: DANTHANE_ 126KB-Powder is a polyester based aromatic TPU, already colored in blue. This TPU-powder is suitable for sinter coating, mainly at the production of technical textiles. It can be reached medium-hard surface coatings, like they will be needed for example for the production of transport and conveyer belts, flat belt materials, flexible containers and textile lining materials. DANTHANE_ 126KB-Powder can be used as intermediate layer and top coat. Very often DANTHANE_ 126KB-Powder is used as intermediate layer and then, as top coat, the transparent type DANTHANE_ 126K-Powder is used.

Application: DANTHANE_ 126KB-Powder is applied at the hot melt coating of industrial textiles. The coated textiles are used for transport and drive sections. This TPU-powder, colored in blue, can be used at the coating as intermediate layer and top coat. Very often DANTHANE_ 126KB-Powder is used as intermediate layer and than, as top coat, the transparent type DANTHANE_ 126K-Powder is used. For the coating of textiles we also deliver the corresponding impregnations and primers with the DANCOLL_ products.
