ConocoPhillips Hydroclear® 320 Rolling Oil
Categories: Fluid; Lubricant

Material Notes: Description: Conoco Hydroclear Rolling Oil is a multipurpose rolling oil formulated from premium Conoco hydrocracked base stocks. Hydroclear Rolling Oil is specially formulated with proprietary additive chemistry and is recommended for use in a variety of rolling applications for nonferrous materials, such as aluminum, copper, brass and other copper alloys. Hydroclear Rolling Oil is nonstaining, does not contain zinc and provides very good wear protection for use in hydraulic systems. Hydroclear Rolling Oil also can be used as an exceptional bearing lubricant and as a roll-coating oil in most mill applications. Hydroclear Rolling Oil provides exceptional oxidation resistance, foam control, rust and corrosion protection and rapid low-temperature demulsibility. Hydroclear Rolling Oil exceeds the performance requirements of Vickers I-286-S and U.S. Steel 127 and 136. Hydroclear Rolling Oil in ISO viscosity grades 150, 320 and 460 exceeds the Morgan Construction Company lubricant specifications for use in No-Twist Rod Mills.

Information provided by ConocoPhillips.

Phillips 66 Lubricants was spun-off from ConocoPhillips in 2012, and branding was further reorganized in 2016. The Hydroclear® trade name is no longer in use but products may be available under different names.
